We all know how kids can be quite playful and active, running here and there, my sibling and I were not an exemption.  There was a time when we were playing outside, and my older brother was on his bike, when he suddenly lost his balance and fell down!  When we rushed over, his mouth was bleeding a little, and the worst part was he lost one of his front teeth.

With this way, I am able to maintain my great body figure and so as my health. I never had any illness since I began to be a health conscious person. I am not a wealthy man literally but I am considering myself to as a wealthy man because I am healthy. I really believe that health is wealth.
